Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement and before the shipping. Send us a message within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.

We don't accept returns, exchanges or refunds.

We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. Tell us what went wrong and send along a photo of the damaged item and we'll be glad to replace it.

Replacements only apply to damaged items. Please note that It is not our responsbility If the package got lost or delivered to the wrong address. Please contact your local post office and track your parcel.

My work is made of ceramic. They are safe when they are used for decorative purposes only. They are toxic and not food safe if digested. As they are fragile items they may break and the sharp small fragments will be a choking and cuts hazard.
